 Gov Uba Sani Announces Plan For Nigeria’s largest Inter-state Bus Terminal In Kaduna Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has unveiled plans to construct what he described as the largest inter-state bus terminal in Nigeria, both in scale and supporting infrastructure. The governor made the announcement on Sunday during the groundbreaking ceremony for the project, which will be located on a 20-hectare site along the Eastern Bypass in Chikun Local Government Area of the state. According to him, the ultra-modern facility will operate as a dual terminal capable of accommodating over 5,000 vehicles. It will be equipped with intelligent traffic management systems, advanced surveillance infrastructure, escalators and elevators to ensure easy access for all users, including the elderly and persons with disabilities.  RE: GNI HOUSE FIRE


The Lagos State Government has taken note of  speculations and assertions concerning the 25-storey Great Nigeria Insurance House (GNI) on Martins Street, Lagos Island, following the Christmas Eve fire. 


The Government wishes to, once again, sympathize with all those who have lost their loved ones in this unfortunate incident. May The Almighty give them the strength to go through this tough time. We feel their pains and understand their anxiety.


As soon as the fire alarm was received, the Government deployed teams of first responders, including the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), Lagos State Ambulance Services (LASAMBUS), security agencies, and other emergency and safety units. These teams have remained on the site, conducting systematic search, rescue, and safety operations - in line with internationally accepted emergency response protocols. They will remain there and continue to work until the completion of recovery operations supported by thorough and forensic assessments. 


As of this morning, the total number of victims are:


•⁠  ⁠8 males (including a fireman)rescued with various degrees of injuries and taken to hospital

•⁠  ⁠⁠3 males and 2 females who had minor minor injuries, administered first aid and thereafter released at the scene. 

•⁠  ⁠⁠1 adult female extricated dead from the rubble 

•⁠  ⁠⁠2 adult males extricated

•⁠  ⁠⁠3 persons burnt 


The Government appeals to the public, affected families, and all stakeholders to exercise patience, restraint, and sensitivity, and to refrain from spreading speculations that could heighten public anxiety or undermine ongoing operations.

The Lagos State Government remains fully committed to the safety of all and professional handling of this tragic incident.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
