 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations. RENOVATIONS ARE UNDERWAY AT MARSH FARM ON THE SANDRINGHAM ESTATE, REPORTEDLY PRINCE ANDREW'S NEXT RESIDENCE FOLLOWING HIS DEPARTURE FROM ROYAL LODGE IN WINDSOR.(PHOTO).

 Renovations are underway at Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, reportedly Prince Andrew's next residence following his departure from Royal Lodge in Windsor.

 Workers have been spotted at the property installing updates and making improvements to prepare the home, which previously belonged to a tenant farmer and has been unoccupied for years. At least six workers were seen on site working both inside and outside the building despite winter weather conditions.


Prince Andrew gave 12 months' notice in October 2025 that he would surrender his lease on Royal Lodge, the 30-room property he has shared with Sarah Ferguson since 2004. A removal truck was spotted at Royal Lodge on January 14, and the couple must vacate by January 25, 2026. The move represents a significant downgrade from the 98-acre Royal Lodge estate, which includes a swimming pool, chapel, and multiple cottages.


Marsh Farm is located a few miles from Sandringham House, one of King Charles' private royal residences. The property features a main house with a gravel driveway, outbuildings, and a gated fence. According to reports, Sarah Ferguson will not be joining Andrew at Marsh Farm and is instead ready to pursue her own path. Any future accommodation arrangements will be privately funded by King Charles.
