Anne Schedeen, ALF star who played Kate Tanner, dies at 77 Anne Schedeen, best known for playing Kate Tanner on the NBC sitcom ALF, has died at the age of 77. Her family said she “passed peacefully” in a statement shared Sunday, adding that she died surrounded by the legacy of her life and work. A cause of death was not disclosed. In their tribute, her family described Schedeen as someone with “creative energy,” sharp humor, and a deep love for her family, storytelling, and rescue dogs. They remembered her as a strong presence in their lives, saying her memory would live on through her artwork, handmade creations, and “joie de vivre.” They also asked loved ones to honor her by supporting Habitat for Humanity in lieu of sending flowers. Her longtime agent confirmed her death and said she meant “the world” to both her family and her professional circle. UNNATURAL OFFENCE: POLICE BURST TWO-MAN HOMOSEXUAL SYNDICATE, RESCUE TWO MINORS IN TILDEN FULANI


On 8th January 2026 at about 2130hrs, a concerned father reported at the Divisional Police Headquarters, Tilden Fulani, that his son (name withheld), aged 8yrs, was deceitfully lured with sweets and tiger nuts by one Mohammed Saifullahi, 'm' aged 16, who subsequently had homosexual intercourse with him on multiple occasions.


Upon receipt of the report, a team of detectives was quickly dispatched to the scene. The suspect was arrested, and the victim was moved to the hospital for medical examination.


During interrogation, the suspect confessed to having been engaged in the act for over three years and named his mentor as one Shaibu Sulaiman, 'm' aged 17.


Preliminary investigation discovered that the suspect was introduced into the homosexual activity by Shuaibu Sulaiman, aged 17, who was also arrested. Sulaiman revealed that his first time of committing this act resulted from sharing a two-in-one bed with a friend, specifically Saifullahi Mohammed, which involved into the act.


It was also discovered that the first suspect, Saifullahi Mohammed, had sexually violated four minors between the ages of 7 and 10.


Consequently, all the arrested suspects have confessed their culpability. Investigation is underway, after which the suspects will be profiled and charged to court upon completion.


The Commissioner of Police, Bauchi State Command, CP Sani-Omolori Aliyu psc(+), mni, is miffed by this unfortunate act and warns other like-minded individuals to repent from such behavior, as anyone arrested under such circumstances will not be spared. He also calls on parents and guardians to be inquisitive about the whereabouts of their wards.
