 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.  First Lady Installed As Utukpa Oritse Of Warri Kingdom


Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu has been installed as the Utukpa Oritse of Warri Kingdom. 


The traditional title which means "The Light Of God" was conferred on her by the Olu of Warri, Ogiame Atuwatse-III during her one day homecoming visit to her Itsekiri maternal root in Delta State.


Describing the First Lady as the pride of Itsekiri nation, the monarch said the recognition was bestowed on her in acknowledgement of her profound impact on the nation.


Her installation was witnessed by, Delta State governor,  Sheriff Oborevwori and notable traditional rulers, led by the Ooni of Ife,  His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Ojaja-II, who recently installed her as the Yeye Asiwaju Gbogbo Ile Oodua. 


State House correspondent, Adeniyi Taiwo reports that her installation ceremony showcased the rich culture and tradition of the Itsekiri people.
