 TROOPS SUSTAIN OFFENSIVE OPERATIONS, NEUTRALISE TERRORISTS, ARREST SUSPECTS, RECORD SURRENDER IN NORTHEAST Troops of the Joint Task Force (North East), Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), have sustained offensive operations across the Theatre under Operation DESERT SANITY V, recording significant successes in ongoing counter-terrorism efforts, including the neutralisation of terrorists, arrest of suspects, and surrender of a terrorist member. In a successful operation conducted in conjunction with members of Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF), troops of OPHK engaged terrorists moving from Yale towards the Sambisa Forest axis. During the encounter, four terrorists were neutralised, while troops recovered one AK-47 rifle with ammunition, as well as food items suspected to be part of terrorist logistics supply.  Ifunanya, the Singer bitten to death by snake in Abuja laid to rest


The remains of Late singer Ifunanya Nwangene has been buried in her hometown in Nkanu East Local Government Area of Enugu state today February 14..


Ms Nwangene was confirmed de@d at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abuja, after she was bitten by a snake at her home on January 31, 2026.


Ifunanya who was gaining popularity with her amazing voice, reportedly passed away after visiting two hospitals including the FMC and was told they had no anti-venom. Her tragic death triggered an outpouring of shock, tributes, and condolences from fans and colleagues across social media platforms.


She was 26 years old.


May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
