  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  MOB SETS ALLEGED BIKE SNATCHER ABLAZE IN MAKURDI

Tragedy struck on Sunday night in the Achusa area of Makurdi, Benue State, as a suspected motorcycle snatcher was allegedly burnt to death by an irate mob.


The incident occurred around Baptist Secondary School, Achusa, when the suspect was said to have been caught in the act of attempting to snatch a motorcycle.


Eyewitnesses told Benue Info-pedia that the suspect was apprehended by residents who quickly gathered at the scene. In the heat of the moment, the crowd reportedly descended on him before setting him ablaze.


As at the time of filing this report, the identity of the deceased had not been ascertained.


Police authorities in Benue State were yet to issue an official statement on the incident. However, security agencies have repeatedly warned against jungle justice, urging residents to hand over suspects to law enforcement for proper investigation and prosecution.


The latest incident has reignited concerns over rising cases of mob action in parts of the state.
