 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. Within his first 100 days in office, the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, has steered the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) through a period of measurable operational and institutional progress. The Service has strengthened its combat readiness, expanded the tempo of air operations, and reinforced mission support structures, reflecting a deliberate leadership approach anchored on effectiveness, accountability, and strategic clarity, advancing a smarter Air Force. 


This 10-minute documentary highlights critical milestones recorded within the period, including improved aircraft availability, targeted infrastructure upgrades, enhanced personnel welfare initiatives, and renewed emphasis on mission-driven training and preparedness. These developments are not isolated achievements; they represent a coordinated effort to align operational capability with national security priorities while building a more resilient and responsive air force.
