Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step out in coordinated black looks for New York stroll Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance in New York City, stepping out together for a relaxed afternoon in matching, understated fashion. The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. Long before becoming fashion insiders, the sisters built global recognition as child actors through projects like Full House, It Takes Two, and New York Minute. Over time, they stepped away from Hollywood and fully transitioned into fashion, officially launching The Row in 2005. Mary-Kate now serves as creative director of the brand, while Ashley oversees it as CEO. In earlier interviews, Ashley has described the label’s beginnings as a small ex...

STRANGE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUND THE DEATHS OF TWO SIBLINGS. (PHOTO).

Strange circumstances surround the deaths of two siblings.

What happened inside of a North Carolina home that left two teenage siblings dead?

The tragic and untimely deaths of a 17-year-old and 13-year-old have left residents in Henderson, N.C., searching for answers.

Deputies in Vance County were called to a home on Torri Drive at 9:40 p.m. on Monday, February 9th.

The caller appeared to be a sibling and informed dispatchers that they had discovered their 13-year-old sister and 17-year-old brother unresponsive. When dispatchers encouraged the caller to perform lifesaving measures, they were informed that the two children were sadly "clearly beyond saving".

When the first responders arrived on the scene, they located the two siblings and pronounced both deceased on scene.

The children's father and two other siblings were inside of the home, but no one else was harmed or in any type of medical distress.

Investigators are working the scene, and there is no official cause of death at this time. Authorities report that there is no indication whether foul play is suspected and the case is a very open and developing death investigation.

Neighbors report that the family were "very withdrawn", and they rarely saw any adults at the home. They did "see the children play outside from time to time but never saw them going to school".

In another strange twist, Vance County Animal Control had visited the home recently "due to the family's pair of German Shepherd's attacking a neighbor's chickens".

Shortly after the visit, the neighbors were shocked to discover both of the German Shepards deceased in a burn barrel. Both dogs had been incinerated.

Neighbors also report that Family Services had visited the home in recent months. The reason for that visit is not known at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation and Vance County Sheriff's Office asks anyone who may have information regarding this case to please call 1-252-738-2200.
