 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24. The planes have brought in technical ​equipment as well as dozens of physicians, engineers, lab experts and construction work...

 An armed and dangerous suspect is currently being sought in Illinois. 


A 16-year-old Illinois girl was fatally shot in her home over the weekend.


Authorities in Cook County, Illinois, are searching for a person of interest they described as armed and dangerous, after the Saturday morning homicide of 16-year-old, Lily Bova.


Lily had her life taken away from her in the upscale apartment where she lived in unincorporated Glenview, Illinois.  The incident occurred around 11 a.m. and Lily passed away a short time later at Advocate General Lutheran Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois.


Authorities are being tight-lipped on the circumstances leading up to the shooting. They haven't provided a picture or name for the suspect. 


Lily was a sophomore at Glen Brook South High School. 


The school has provided grief counselors for students as they cope with the loss of their peer.
