 Prince William and Kate Middleton bring George, Charlotte and Louis to Commonwealth Games for first Scotland public outing Prince William and Kate Middleton brought their three children to the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, marking the siblings’ first official public appearance in Scotland. The Prince and Princess of Wales, both 44, attended the sporting event on Saturday, Aug. 1, during their summer break with Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8. While in Scotland, where William and Kate are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay, the family spent time with Team Wales athletes and their families. The couple also visited SportsAid, an organisation that supports young athletes. Kate has served as patron of the organisation since 2013. CATHERINE O'HARA HONORED WITH POSTHUMOUS SAG-AFTRA ACTING AWARD FOR THE STUDIO. (PHOTO).

 Catherine O'Hara honored with posthumous SAG-AFTRA acting award for The Studio 

Catherine O’Hara was posthumously recognized at the Actor Awards on Sunday, winning best female actor in a comedy series for her role in "The Studio."

The Apple TV series, co-created by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, is a satirical take on modern Hollywood. O’Hara played Patty Leigh, a former studio chief, alongside Seth Rogen’s character, aspiring mogul Matt Remnick.

O’Hara, celebrated for her roles in “Home Alone,” “Best in Show,” and “Schitt’s Creek,” passed away in January at 71 from a blood clot in her lungs related to rectal cancer.

Rogen accepted the award on her behalf, reflecting on her generosity and humor on set. “She knew she could destroy, and she wanted to destroy every day on set,” he said, recalling how O’Hara often rewrote scenes overnight, improving both her performance and the show as a whole.

Kathryn Hahn, O’Hara’s co-star on the show, appeared visibly moved as Rogen spoke. “She showed you could be a genius and could be kind, and one of those things doesn’t have to come at the expense of the other,” he added.

Later in the evening, "The Studio" also won best ensemble in a comedy series. Kristen Bell hosted the ceremony, which streamed live on Netflix.
