 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. Jennifer Lopez is preparing to make a bold statement with her upcoming Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace. 


Determined to prove she remains one of the industry’s top performers, Lopez has been rehearsing tirelessly, reportedly working 13-hour days with her dancers in North Hollywood. 


Sources say she wants to deliver a show that not only showcases her artistry but also reaffirms her star power, especially as Las Vegas audiences flock to newer venues like the Sphere.


The residency comes at a pivotal time for Lopez, who has described herself as being in her “happy era” following her split from Ben Affleck.


 In addition to the residency, she recently released a new track, “Save Me Tonight,” with David Guetta, which she says perfectly captures her current outlook. 


Lopez has emphasized that the concert will be “the quintessential J.Lo show,” blending her biggest hits with fresh, exciting performances and even surprise guest appearances.


At 56, Lopez continues to embrace her work ethic and passion for performing, proud to represent both her age and her Latina heritage in the spotlight. 


She has spoken about the gratitude she feels toward her fans, crediting their support as a driving force in her career. For Lopez, performing has never been just a job it’s a lifelong love.
