Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss and her ex-husband Todd Tucker have finalized their divorce settlement, agreeing that neither will pay child or spousal support.
The couple, who married in 2014 and split in 2025, will share joint legal and physical custody of their two children, Ace and Blaze. Kandi will retain control of the children’s passports, though Todd can request them for international travel.
The settlement also divides their luxury assets.
Kandi will keep several high-end vehicles, including her Bentley SUV, Porsche Cayenne, and a vintage Chevrolet Camaro, while Todd will walk away with cars like a Mercedes G-Wagon, Porsche 911, and a classic Ford Bronco.
The pair agreed to sell a food truck they co-owned, and Todd must vacate Kandi’s guest house within 15 days of signing the parenting agreement.
To balance the division of property, Kandi will pay Todd a lump sum of $426,000.
Other details include splitting their credit card reward points and Todd reimbursing Kandi $38,000 for Atlanta Hawks season tickets, which she will keep.
The settlement comes after months of back-and-forth in court over custody and support, finally bringing closure to their contentious split.
