 IGP DISU PAYS OPERATIONAL VISIT TO  AKWA IBOM, PRESIDES OVER PASSING-OUT CEREMONY OF 1,068 RETRAINED CONSTABLES The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, today, 30th April 2026, undertook an official visit to Akwa Ibom State, where he paid a courtesy call on the Executive Governor, His Excellency, Pastor Umo Eno, ahead of the passing-out ceremony of retrained Police Constables in Uyo.  2027: Shehu Sani Obtains APC Senatorial Nomination Forms For Kaduna Central


Former senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has secured the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to contest the Kaduna Central Senatorial District seat.


The development confirms his official entry into the race ahead of the 2027 elections, as political activities intensify within the ruling party. 


Sani, a former civil rights activist who previously served in the Senate, remains a notable figure in Nigeria’s political space.


The APC had earlier announced that the sale of nomination forms would run from April 25 to May 2, 2026, while submission of completed forms will close on May 4, 2026. 


Screening of aspirants is slated for May 6 to May 9 across various elective positions.


Primary elections are scheduled to commence on May 15, 2026, beginning with the House of Representatives, and will conclude with the presidential primaries on May 23, 2026.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
