 East Boston soccer ball installation sets Guinness World Record as world’s largest ahead of FIFA World Cup matches in Massachusetts   A giant soccer ball installed at Piers Park II in East Boston has officially been recognized as the world’s largest, surpassing a previous record set in Qatar in 2013. The inflatable structure was created by Britten, Inc. and Creative Inflatables in Ohio as a celebration of upcoming FIFA World Cup matches scheduled to take place in Foxborough in June and July. The installation will remain on public display through June 18, giving visitors a chance to see the record-breaking display up close. Officials said the materials used in the structure will be recycled once the exhibit is taken down.

A MIRACLE PUP SURVIVED TWO DAYS BURIED IN RUBBLE FOLLOWING AN EF-4 TORNADO.(PHOTO).

 A miracle pup survived two days buried in rubble following an EF-4 tornado.


A dog named "Pup" has a dramatic survivor story that has left one Oklahoma family extremely grateful. 


Pup (a 13-year-old Rottweiler mix) was spending a typical Thursday afternoon with his human, Kay Dragoun, when an EF-4 

tornado came rolling into the neighborhood.


Kay quickly made sure both she and Pup were in safe places with Pup seeking refuge in the home's mud room while Kay hudled down in a closet.


The tornado rolled through, and sadly, destroyed Kay's home along with dozens of other homes in the neighborhood. 


Once the dust had settled, thankfully, Kay made it through the ordeal unharmed.

However, she was heartbroken when Pup was nowhere to be found.


When Pup's collar was found amidst the rubble, Kay feared the worst. 


Kay's fears would be happily unfounded when 44 hours after the disaster... Pup was found alive within the rubble of the home's mud room. 


Kay is extremely grateful that Pup survived the tornado and gives credit to the individuals who helped reunite her with her beloved pet.
