The pair were photographed in Malibu enjoying time in the water, paddle boarding and wading through the surf, with moments of closeness that quickly sparked online discussion about whether the romance is naturally unfolding or carefully presented.


Kim appeared relaxed in a bikini top paired with a black wetsuit worn open at the waist, while Lewis matched her energy during the sunlit ocean outing. 


The images captured them laughing, holding each other, and staying close throughout the session.
