 ‎‎NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION ‎ The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges.  ‎ ‎A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters  and two H-125 helicopters. ‎ The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. ‎ ‎The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, described the acquisition as another significant milestone in the Federal Government’s sustained investment in the modernization and re-equipment of the NAF noting that the new pl...

 Ben Affleck’s grand gesture has ex Jennifer Lopez hoping that they might be able to work it out


Ben Affleck has reportedly given Jennifer Lopez his share of their former Beverly Hills mansion, valued at $60 million, without asking for compensation. 


The ex-couple had struggled to sell the 38,000-square-foot property, even reducing the price by $16 million before eventually removing it from the market earlier this year. 


According to insiders, Affleck grew weary of the ongoing disputes over the estate and decided that peace of mind was more important than money.


Sources suggest Affleck’s decision was also influenced by lingering guilt over the end of their relationship. He recognizes that Lopez was deeply hurt when he ended things and believes this gesture might ease some of that pain. 


With immense wealth already at his disposal, Affleck reportedly felt that giving up the house was a way to make amends. 


However, the move has left Lopez conflicted, reigniting feelings about the man she once loved and raising hopes of reconciliation.


Despite Lopez’s renewed emotions, Affleck is said to be uninterested in rekindling a serious relationship. Friends note that his attempt to avoid drama has ironically created more complications. 


While Lopez interprets the gift as proof of his good nature, Affleck’s focus remains on moving forward without entanglements, leaving their former home as both a symbolic gesture and a source of fresh confusion.
