Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step out in coordinated black looks for New York stroll Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance in New York City, stepping out together for a relaxed afternoon in matching, understated fashion. The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing.  It’s Time For Nigeria To Have An Igbo President – Bashir El-Rufai

Bashir El-Rufai, son of former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, has stated that Nigeria should now produce a “pure blood Igbo President.”

According to him, unresolved historical tensions in the country may continue unless an Igbo leader emerges as president.

He shared this view in a post on X, emphasizing that addressing past grievances requires inclusive leadership.

In the 2019 presidential election, former Anambra State governor Peter Obi served as the running mate to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Atiku Abubakar.

However, ahead of the 2023 elections, Obi left the PDP due to internal disputes and joined the Labour Party, where he contested for president but finished third behind Atiku and eventual winner Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Before the 2023 election, there were strong calls from the South-East region for Nigeria to support the emergence of an Igbo president, reflecting ongoing demands for political inclusion.
