 Russian forces to stay in Mali to fight terrorism: Kremlin The Kremlin said on Thursday that Russian forces would stay in Mali to help the country's government battle terrorists following an offensive over the weekend by Tuareg-led separatists and terrorists. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov made the statement after being asked by a reporter how Russia responded to a purported statement from the terrorists saying they wanted Russia to leave Mali. "Russia's presence there is, in fact, due to the need identified by the current government. Russia will continue, including in Mali, to combat extremism, terrorism and other harmful phenomena and will continue to provide assistance to the current government," said Peskov, AFP reported. The Russian Defence Ministry had claimed on Tuesday that units of its African Corps prevented an attempted coup on April 25, 2026 in Mali.  Still Going Strong - Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton Spotted Together Again in Los Angeles


Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton have once again been seen together, adding to signs that their relationship continues to grow.


The media personality and the Formula 1 star were photographed spending time together in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 14, just days after they were spotted side by side at Coachella.


Kim, 45, kept things understated during the outing, wearing oversized sunglasses and a relaxed look, though she was seen smiling in several of the photos. 


Hamilton, 41, appeared equally at ease as the pair moved around the city together.


Their latest appearance comes shortly after the couple made their relationship Instagram official earlier this month, a move that quickly caught the attention of fans online.


Only a few days earlier, the two were also seen enjoying Justin Bieber’s Coachella performance on Saturday, April 11, further fueling conversation around their romance.


Talk of a relationship between Kim and the British racing driver first picked up in February after reports emerged of a private and romantic meeting in Paris. At the time, a source confirmed that the pair had spent time together in the French capital.


Although the dating rumors are recent, Kim and Lewis have actually known each other for years.


Their connection reportedly dates back to at least 2014, when both attended the GQ Men of the Year Awards. They were also later seen together at several major fashion and entertainment events, including the WSJ Magazine Innovator Awards and Louis Vuitton Menswear Debut Show.


Earlier this month, the relationship drew even more attention when Kim made a surprise appearance in one of Hamilton’s Instagram Reels.


The video, filmed in Tokyo’s famous Daikoku parking area, showed the F1 driver taking his Ferrari F40 through high-speed runs. Near the end of the clip, Kim appeared on camera reacting with visible excitement, saying, “That’s insane.”


The Tokyo trip had already made headlines after reports confirmed that Kim had travelled there with three of her children, Saint, Chicago and Psalm, alongside Hamilton.


Kim shares the children with her former husband Kanye West. The former couple are also parents to their eldest daughter, North.
