  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. Tragedy Strikes As Promising Councillor Hon. Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day

A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward.


Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. Instead of celebration, family members gathered in mourning as his remains were received at Aguata Local Government Area congress of councillors. 


The loss had left a profound void, with tributes pouring in to honor a man remembered for his dedication, warmth, and service to his community. While words struggle to capture the depth of grief, loved ones hold onto the belief that he has found eternal rest. 


As the community reflects on his life and legacy, one message echoes: Chuma will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
