Demi Moore brought classic Hollywood glamour to the South of France on Thursday evening as she attended The Red Sea Film Foundation’s Women In Cinema gala during the Cannes Film Festival.
The actress, 63, arrived at the elegant dinner held at the famous Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc wearing a sparkling purple halterneck gown covered in sequins and floral-inspired detailing.
Smiling for photographers throughout the evening, Demi looked relaxed and radiant as she posed alongside Rami Malek.
The Ghost star wore her dark hair loose over her shoulders and completed the look with silver drop earrings and soft glamorous makeup. Earlier in the evening, she had already made waves on the red carpet in a dramatic red outfit before changing for the dinner event.
Rami, known for his Oscar-winning performance in Bohemian Rhapsody, kept things sharp and simple in a black tailored suit paired with a crisp white shirt.
Also drawing attention at the gala was Sara Sampaio, who arrived in a bright yellow strapless gown covered in glittering details. The former Victoria's Secret model styled the princess-inspired look with silver jewellery and matching heels.
While speaking on the red carpet, Sara opened up about the criticism she sometimes receives online whenever she shares opinions on serious topics.
“It’s like every time I speak about something political, there will be comments saying, ‘You’re not paid to talk, you’re paid to look pretty,’” she shared.
The model explained that despite public reactions, she still believes celebrities are human beings entitled to personal opinions and causes they care deeply about.
“I’m still a person and I’m still going to have my own opinions,” she said, adding that she now tries to focus on peace and happiness instead of getting caught up in controversy.
Away from the glamour, Demi is also preparing for a major role at this year’s festival. The actress has been selected as one of the jurors for the 2026 Cannes Film Festival alongside filmmaker Chloé Zhao and actor Stellan Skarsgård.
The jury will be led by acclaimed South Korean director Park Chan-wook. Other members include Ruth Negga, Laura Wandel, Diego Céspedes, Isaach De Bankolé and Paul Laverty.
