 Helena Bonham Carter denies Sandra Bernhard clash is reason for White Lotus exit


Helena Bonham Carter’s departure from The White Lotus season four has sparked speculation, but her team has firmly denied rumors that a clash with Sandra Bernhard was the cause. 


HBO explained that the character created for her simply didn’t align once filming began, leading to the role being rethought, rewritten, and set to be recast. 


Producers expressed disappointment at not working with her but emphasized their admiration and hope to collaborate on future projects.


Despite tabloid claims of behind-the-scenes drama, Bonham Carter’s representatives clarified that she had never even met Bernhard.
