 Kate Middleton Shares Sweet Memory Of Late Family Dog During Italy Visit Princess Kate had a touching personal moment during her visit to Italy after her late dog Lupo unexpectedly became part of a classroom activity. The Princess of Wales, 44, was visiting Scuola Comunale d'infanzia Anna Frank in Reggio Emilia on May 13 to learn more about the well-known Reggio Emilia Approach to early childhood education when the emotional exchange happened. While sitting with children during one of the learning sessions, Kate looked through papers featuring animal names written in Italian. One word immediately caught her attention, “Lupo,” which translates to “wolf.” The moment clearly struck a chord with the princess. “Our dog was called Lupo. We had a dog that was called Lupo,” she said warmly, placing a hand against her chest as she smiled. RE: FRAUDULENT CLAIMS ON AUTHORIZATION FOR SALE OF NOMINATION FORMS


The attention of the African Democratic Congress National Headquarters has been drawn to a viral video circulating on social media alleging that the National Chairman, *Senator David Mark, GCON*, passed a message through a fraudulent stakeholder authorizing the sale of nomination forms.


Our position is clear:


1. Only Official Channels Are Valid

Any official communication from the National Chairman or the National Working Committee must be issued through the *National Publicity Secretary*. Any other message claiming to represent the position of the National Chairman or NWC is false, unauthorized, and a blatant lie being spread on social media without shame. It would be hilarious if it were not tragic for party unity and progress ahead of the 2027 elections.


2. *Mandate for Sale of Nomination Forms*  

The sale of nomination forms for the offices of *President, Governor, Senate, and House of Representatives* is constitutionally vested in the *Office of the National Organising Secretary*.  

The sale of nomination forms for *State House of Assembly* is handled at the *State Party Headquarters*.  

Any sale, collection, or purported authorization outside these offices is a direct violation of the party constitution and the Electoral Act process.


3. *Coordination Through State Headquarters*  

The National Chairman and the National Working Committee conduct all party activities and affairs in the states strictly through the recognized *State Party Headquarters*. No individual or unauthorized group has the mandate to act outside this structure.


The party warns members and the public to disregard any fraudulent messages, unauthorized agents, and fake directives circulating online. Those engaging in impersonation and misinformation will be dealt with in line with the party constitution and the law.


We urge all genuine members to remain focused, law-abiding, and committed to building a united ADC ahead of 2027.
