 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24.  Regina Daniels Shows Off Romantic Gifts and Mysterious Love Note From Secret Admirer


Regina Daniels has sparked reactions online after showing off a romantic package she recently received from an unidentified admirer.


The actress shared photos of herself admiring a bouquet of flowers accompanied by a balloon carrying the inscription, “To Reggie with love.”


She also displayed a small red box believed to contain jewellery, alongside a handwritten note that appeared to contain an emotional message from the mystery sender.


The note read:


“For love and conquest. Together we shall build an empire. Promise made and I intend to keep it. I'm a heartbeat away.”


Regina partially concealed the sender’s identity with her thumb while sharing the photos online.


Captioning the post, she wrote:


“The little things.”


The development comes months after reports emerged that Regina had separated from her husband, Ned Nwoko.


Following the reported separation, several social media users speculated that the actress would be unable to move on due to alleged rituals tied to her marriage ceremony, claims Regina later publicly dismissed.
