Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley accuses estranged husband PK of trying to leave their kids homeless
Dorit Kemsley and PK Kemsley’s divorce battle has escalated with new accusations over finances and their Los Angeles home. In court filings obtained by Page Six, Dorit claims PK agreed to cover the mortgage and household expenses after moving out in May 2024, but has since failed to keep up with payments, leaving the property facing foreclosure.
She alleges PK earns millions annually and has significant funds available, yet refuses to contribute, risking homelessness for her and their children, Jagger and Phoenix.
Dorit is requesting that PK catch up on missed mortgage payments and pay substantial child and spousal support, including $21,086 per month for child support, $22,330 per month for spousal support, and over $347,000 in retroactive payments.
PK, however, counters that he has been paying the mortgage and other expenses but wants Dorit to share the responsibility. He also claims the home is nearing a foreclosure auction deadline.
The dispute has spilled into personal spending habits, with Dorit denying PK’s accusations that she wasted $1 million on designer items. She argues her wardrobe expenses were necessary for filming RHOBH, totaling $713,000 over 26 months, and instead accuses PK of lavish spending on travel, clothes, dining, and cash withdrawals.
Their divorce, filed nearly a year after announcing their separation, continues to highlight financial tensions, while PK has moved on with girlfriend Tatiana Kharchylava and Dorit remains single.
