 Nigerian Press Council Seeks Involvement in EFCC’s Anti-Corruption Fight   The Nigerian Press Council, NPC has sought collaboration with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in the fight against corruption, economic and financial crimes. The request was made on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 when NPC’s Executive Secretary, Dr. Dili Ezughah led the top management team of the Council on a courtesy visit to EFCC’s corporate headquarters. Ezughah who praised the Commission for its productive engagement with the media commended the Commission for its “unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, integrity and good governance,” noting that such commitment had significantly advanced the country’s fight against corruption. Drama is heating up in the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house as relationship boundaries are put to the test. Following a lively pool party on Thursday night, housemate Gerald confronted his love interest, Kamsy, over what he deemed 'disrespectful' behavior on the dance floor.

In a tense, private conversation after the party, Gerald expressed his frustration with Kamsy's interactions with other male contestants. He made it clear that he expects exclusivity and respect, stating that she cannot claim to be his partner while flirting with other men in the house.


"It is disrespectful to be my girl and be seen flirting and dancing anyhow with different men," Gerald lamented during the confrontation. He specifically named Barry, Chimsom, and Sultex, accusing Kamsy of crossing boundaries in her interactions with them during the Thursday night festivities.

Kamsy tried to de-escalate the situation by offering an apology, though she quickly grew tired of Gerald's continuous complaints. "I have apologised na," she retorted, urging him to drop the issue as he continued to vent his frustrations.

According to Kamsy, both men possess dominant personalities, whereas she generally prefers a partner who is more submissive.
