 Nigerian Press Council Seeks Involvement in EFCC’s Anti-Corruption Fight   The Nigerian Press Council, NPC has sought collaboration with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in the fight against corruption, economic and financial crimes. The request was made on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 when NPC’s Executive Secretary, Dr. Dili Ezughah led the top management team of the Council on a courtesy visit to EFCC’s corporate headquarters. Ezughah who praised the Commission for its productive engagement with the media commended the Commission for its “unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, integrity and good governance,” noting that such commitment had significantly advanced the country’s fight against corruption.  Former Kardashian nanny Leah Barrs denies claims that Travis Barker was the father she previously dated


Leah Barrs has clarified that the unnamed father she previously said she had a relationship with was not Travis Barker.


Barrs, who formerly worked for Kourtney Kardashian, addressed the speculation during an appearance on Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast. She said the encounter happened when she was 22 and had recently moved to Los Angeles, years before Barker and Kardashian began their relationship.


Barrs explained that the man was someone she knew personally and that the situation occurred after she had finished her work for the evening. She said the incident later became a major storyline on Million Dollar Nannies despite being something she considered insignificant at the time.


Looking back, Barrs said she regretted crossing a professional boundary but also viewed the experience as something she learned from.


Barrs previously worked for Kardashian while she was raising her three children with former partner Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope and Reign.


She said the experience went beyond childcare and credited Kardashian with teaching her about professionalism, networking and representing a family appropriately.


Barrs said she was originally connected to Kardashian through a pastor she met after moving to Los Angeles.
