 Netflix announces new Sesame Street movie as long-running children’s show continues “Sesame Street” is heading to the big screen with a new movie in development at Netflix. The streaming service announced Thursday that it is developing the film in partnership with Rideback and Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit organization behind the long-running children’s series. The announcement comes as Netflix renews its agreement with Sesame Workshop for Season 62 of “Sesame Street.” Additional episodes from Season 57 are scheduled to arrive on Netflix in late November. The movie is part of Netflix’s broader effort to expand its preschool programming with new series, films and games featuring familiar characters and educational content. “Sesame Street” first premiered on Nov. 10, 1969, and features Jim Henson’s Muppets.  Singer Ne-Yo sued after his dog allegedly attacked delivery woman at his Atlanta-area home


Singer Ne-Yo is facing a lawsuit after a woman who was delivering a package to his home allegedly suffered a dog bite.


According to the lawsuit, Dominique Bridgett was attacked by the singer’s dog while delivering a package to his Alpharetta, Georgia home in July 2025. 


Bridgett claimed the dog was not restrained despite allegedly having a history of aggressive behaviour towards people.


She said the incident left her with injuries, pain and emotional distress, and that she has already spent more than $9,000 on medical bills.


The lawsuit, filed in Fulton County Court in June, accuses Ne-Yo of negligence and seeks an unspecified amount in damages.


Ne-Yo’s representative has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.


The case comes shortly after Chris Brown was ordered to pay nearly $13 million after a jury found him liable in a separate case involving an alleged dog attack on a housekeeper.
