  Ondo air crash pilot dies two weeks after wedding Squadron Leader Ahamefule Aham Man-Ugwueje, one of the pilots of the Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 aircraft, NAF 931, which crashed in Igbokoda, Ondo State, on Monday, got married in an elaborate ceremony in Abuja two weeks before the accident. Man-Ugwueje tied the knot with Flight Lieutenant Damilola Adekunle on September 19, 2026, according to details of the wedding invitation and posts by vendors involved in the ceremony. According to information on his Facebook profile, Man-Ugwueje’s hometown is listed as Umuahia, Abia State, while Abuja is listed as his current town/city. The aircraft, which had 25 people on board, including five crew members and 20 passengers, crashed while on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos. The Nigerian Air Force on Tuesday confirmed that all 25 people on board died in the accident and released their names. AIR AMBULANCE DEBRIS FOUND OFF NANTUCKET


The U.S. Coast Guard has confirmed a debris field off Nantucket belongs to a missing Canadian air ambulance carrying six people. The Latitude Air Ambulance Gulfstream G100 vanished early Saturday en route from Bermuda to Boston, dropping at least 9,000 feet in about two minutes before radio contact was lost, with the pilot declaring an emergency. Two Bermudians and four Canadians were aboard, and Coast Guard officials said Sunday the search and rescue remains active with the debris field about 20 miles south of the island.
