  Ondo air crash pilot dies two weeks after wedding Squadron Leader Ahamefule Aham Man-Ugwueje, one of the pilots of the Nigerian Air Force ATR-42 aircraft, NAF 931, which crashed in Igbokoda, Ondo State, on Monday, got married in an elaborate ceremony in Abuja two weeks before the accident. Man-Ugwueje tied the knot with Flight Lieutenant Damilola Adekunle on September 19, 2026, according to details of the wedding invitation and posts by vendors involved in the ceremony. According to information on his Facebook profile, Man-Ugwueje’s hometown is listed as Umuahia, Abia State, while Abuja is listed as his current town/city. The aircraft, which had 25 people on board, including five crew members and 20 passengers, crashed while on a routine mission from Benin to Lagos. The Nigerian Air Force on Tuesday confirmed that all 25 people on board died in the accident and released their names.  UNIZIK Schedules 20th, 21st Combined Convocation for Nov 15–20

‎The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has approved Nov. 15 to 20, for the institution’s 20th and 21st Combined Convocation Ceremonies.

‎

‎The week-long ceremonies will feature the conferment of Diplomas, First Degrees, Higher Degrees and Honorary Degrees on deserving graduands.

‎

‎This was contained in an internal memorandum signed by the Registrar of the University, Dr. Chinenye Gloria Okeke, who directed all concerned to take note of the approved dates and commence necessary preparations.

‎

‎The registrar stated that further details regarding the various programmes and activities lined up for the convocation would be communicated in due course.

‎

‎Meanwhile, graduating students have been advised to commence all necessary preparations and fulfil their respective obligations for the ceremonies without delay.

‎

‎The university management urged all concerned to take the approved dates seriously and make adequate preparations for the successful conduct of the combined convocation.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
