Magistrate criticises driver over 'immature' burnout tribute with daughter in car. A magistrate has described the actions of a young driver caught hooning near the scene of a crash that killed his friend as "immature" and "stupid". Dylan Sharpe, 22, pleaded guilty yesterday to reckless driving over the November burnout in Perth's south, carried out with his 11-month-old baby in the car. Sharpe pledged to "move forward" for his family, after previously saying he didn't regret the vehicular tribute to 22-year-old Jady Turner, who was killed in a high-speed crash the day before the burnout. Yesterday, Sharpe's lawyer told the court the young father was "heartbroken" at the danger he put his child in, saying he made a "poor decision".
