 Edo Mayhem: Police Confirm 7 Deaths, Arrest of 14 Suspects A tragic incident occurred in Uromi, Esan North-East Local Government Area of Edo State, resulting in the deaths of seven people suspected to be kidnappers. According to Moses Yamu, spokesperson of the Edo State Police Command, 14 suspects have been arrested in connection with the killings. The incident unfolded on March 27, 2025, when a truck conveying 25 travelers from Port Harcourt was accosted by vigilante group members at Uromi. Some of the travelers were found with locally made dane guns and were arrested. However, the situation escalated, and 16 of the occupants were attacked and lynched by the vigilantes and passersby. Police operatives swiftly intervened, rescuing 10 of the travelers, two of whom sustained injuries and are currently receiving treatment. A HOMOSEXUAL,STABS HIS FACEBOOK SEX PARTNER TO DEATH IN LAGOS.

                 A homosexual allegedly murdered his sex partner he met on facebook in a hotel room in Lagos.24 year old Michael Okorocha and the manager of the hotel situated at Oke Afa area of Lagos,was arrested over the murder of the 20 year old Okere Chinedu John.Michael Okorocha,allegedlly used a jack knife and sliced John's throat in the hotel room and he bled to death.Okorocha who resides at Mafon area of Ogun state,allegedly lured John who resides in Lekki Ajah area to the hotel to have sex with him.While they were inside the room,John resisted Okoracha's attempt to have sex with him and in anger Okorocha used a knife and sliced John's throat.After the incident,Okorocha reportedly lied to the hotel staff on duty that he wanted to buy something outside the hotel and he escaped.The police have charged Okorocha before Ebute Metta magistrate court with murder.

BOKO HARAM ATTACKS A GAMBORU NGALA TOWN,A BORDER TOWN TO CAMEROON.

          According to sources,Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram,attacked a border town in Borno state and forced thousands of people to flee today to cameroon.The attack on Gamboru Ngala comes after the town was almost entirely destroyed in May,in a devastating assault that also left more than 300 people killed and prompted outrage at the lack of military response.Many local residents sought refuge across the border in the north cameroon town of Fotoko,where troop reinforcements were being sent.The residents said the attack began at about 5:30am,in which Boko Haram was launching coordinated strikes on the main police station and a military base known as the Harmony camp.
