                     In a new video,ISIS executed five spies.In a ten minute long propaganda video,five men dressed in orange jumpsuits confessed to be spying for British security services.One of the masked executioners,who spoke in a clear British accent,threatened David Cameron before killing the unarmed prisoners.The five captives were forced to confess to their crimes most probably under duress before they were paraded to a remote desert location and ordered to kneel.The English speaking Jihadi yelled 'Allahu Akbar' before he and four other fanatics shot the men from point blank range.The video ended with a trailer for another execution in which a young,dark skinned boy warned Britain of coming atrocities.Before killing the prisoners in cold blood,the British Jihadi said ''This is a message to David Cameron,slave of the White House,mule of the Jews''.He called the Prime Minister an ''Imbecile'' and warned 'your children will pay...

                   According to reuters,the United States is deeply disappointed by Rwandan President Paul Kagame's New Year's announcement that he would seek a third term in 2017.Kagame,who has been president since 2000,has effectively been in control since his rebel force marched into Kigali to end the 1994 genocide.He had been limited to two terms,but Rwanda approved constitutional changes last year that would allow him to stay in power until 2034,if he wins elections.John Kirby,a spokesman for the U.S  State Department,said in a statement late yesterday saturday that ''The United States is deeply disappointed that President Paul Kagame has announced his intention to run for a third term in office''.The United States is a major donor too Rwanda and provides military aid.It has long praised Kagame for transforming the nation since the genocide.One more photo below.                   ...

                   Zimbabew's Finance Minister Patrick Chinamasa announced the plan in a statement late December 2015 that the use of the Yuan ''Will be a function of trade between China and Zimbabwe and acceptability with customers in Zimbabwe''.Zimbabwe had abandoned its own dollar in 2009 post the hyperinflation period which had reached as high as 500bn%,causing its currency to be unusable.It had then started using number of foreign currencis,including the US dollar and the South African rand.The yuan had been added later.Yuan has been a legal tender in the country's multi-currency system for two years now.However,its use had not been approved yet until recently for public transactions in the market.Though an economist John Robertston told Al Jazeera that ''Nothing looks to change from this latest move''.

                Ghana actress Juliet Ibrahim and Super Sport of South Africa presenter,Rober Marawa have been confirmed as the official anchors of the 2015 Glo-CAF Awards.I believe this is the first time Juliet Ibrahim is Anchoring this event but her co-anchor Rober Marawa,is anchoring the Glo CAF Awards for the third time having co-hosted the 2011 edition in Accra with Ghanaian International,Tony Bafoe and the 2014 edition in Lagos with Joselyn Canfor Dumas.Globacom says in a statement today sunday that guests at the International Conference Centre,Abuja on 7 January will no doubt enjoy the combination of Juliet and Robert when they anchor the gala night of  2015 Glo-CAF Awards.One more photo below.                                                                       ...

                     34 year old Steve Gohouri,who went missing in mid-December,his dead body was recovered from the River Rhine by Dusseldoff police who found his body near the city of Krefeld.Steve Gohouri was a former Ivory Coast defender and German regional league club,TSV Steinbach said on his website that the player's death had been confirmed by Dusseldorl police.Wigan mangager,Gary Caldwell,whose side now plays in the third tier of English football and who was also Steve Gohouri's ex-team mate,expressed his sadness.He said ''I heard the fans singing his name and we heard about the news in the dressing room.For somebody so young to lose their life is very sad,it's tragic to find out about a former team mate passing away''.One more photo below.
