 More than 100,000 children have been displaced by the latest escalation in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, UNICEF said on Sunday, warning the numbers are expected to rise as violence spreads. Since Dec. 1, intense fighting has uprooted more than 500,000 people, with children accounting for over 100,000 of those displaced in South Kivu alone, the UN agency said in a statement released Sunday. It said since Dec. 2, hundreds have been killed in the fighting, and children have been among the victims, with four students killed, six injured, and at least seven schools attacked or damaged. The rapid escalation has forced hundreds of thousands of children and families to flee within Congo and into neighboring Burundi and Rwanda, it added.            According to Skye New that i just finished watching,United States Presidential Candidate Donald Trump was rushed off the stage today by members off the Secret Service after Donald Trump looked straight into the crowd with his hands covering his eyes like a shade after a commotion broke out in the audience at the event at Reno,Nevada.The scuffle in the crowd in front of the podium and two Secret Service agents came and quickly brought Trump offstage.A man in a blue sweater was tackled before being escorted out by law enforcement before being held in a bathroom inside the venue.When Donald Trump returned to the stage,he thanked the Secret Service.He said ''Nobody said it was going to be easy for us.But we will never be stopped.Never ever be stopped.I want to thank the secret service.These guys are fantastic.They don't get enough credit''.The Secret Service released a statement saying that the commotion started when someone in the rally shouted ''Gu...

                Troops of 7 Division Nigerian Army,Operation LAFIYA DOLE,led by the General Officer Commanding of the Division,Brigadier General Victor Ezugwu,conducted a decisive clearance operation into the remnants of Boko Haram strategic hub town of Chukungudu on the southern fringes of the Lake Chad Region,northern parts of Borno State between friday 4th and Saturday 5th November 2016.The maneuvering Brigade led by 3 Battalion of 22 Brigade,successfully cleared Geram,Bulankassa and Chukungudu believed to be the Boko Haram terrorists stronghold in that aread.The gallant troops rescued 85 people,comprising of mostly women and children held hostage by insurgents.Similarly,they neutralized 5 Boko haram terrorists fighters in a fierce encounter that made several of the terrorists running into the Lake Chad waters.The troops recovered 4 rounds of Rocket Propelled Grenade {RPG} bombs,1 Double Barrel Gun,349 packets containing various rounds of ammun...

                       Is so sad and heart broken that the 6 children that were poisoned in Anambra were buried yesterday.According to one of my reporter Chinenye Genevieve who sent in this pictures she captioned all the picture ''Yesterday,we finally respect and buried the six children from same parents.May their faithful soul rest in perfect peace and God Almighty accept their innocence souls in Jesus name,Amen''.I am using this medium to pray that who ever did this to this 6 innocent children will never have peace until he or she confess to this crime Amen.More photos below.
