 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler.                Lupita Nyong'o,wore a white pearl gown designed by Calvin Klein collection by Francisco Cota,last week sunday at the OSCARS,and the gown was stolen from her hotel room earlier this week,but the dress has resurfaced again.According to Los Angeles Sheriff's spokeswoman,Nicole Nishida said that ''The dress was found on yesterday friday afternoon at a west Hollywood Hotel,greatly resembles the pearl adorned Calvin Klein collection by Francisco Costa dress,Nyong'o wore to sundat's Academy Awards.Detectives are attempting to verify the recovered dress,is the same one Nyong'o wore.The dress was found in an abandoned bathroom at the London Hotel''.Thank God ohhh.More photos below.
