The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Lagos office, on Thursday, June 14, 2018 arraigned five suspected illegal dealers of petroleum products before Justice Hadiza Rabiu Shagari of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy. They were charged alongside a vessel, MT Queen of Peace and three companies: Macker Fender Limited, Machalis International Limited and Ayonok Ventures Lim ited.The offence is contrary to Section 3 (60) of the Miscellaneous Offences Act, Cap M17, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004 and punishable under Section 1 (17) of the same Act.The suspects are: Shadrack Eneogwu, Ojo Olagoke Christopher, Atolagbe Hakeem, Daniel Noan Oluwatunbi, John Kwane Amissah and Jonathan Kumah Tetteh.
