TINUBU SACKS EDUN, DANGIWA OVER POOR PERFORMANCE, TAIWO OYEDELE,ELEVATED TO MINISTER OF FINANCE. (PHOTO).

  In a recent development, President Bola Tinubu has approved a limited cabinet reshuffle, resulting in the removal of Wale Edun and Ahmed Musa Dangiwa from the Federal Executive Council, according to a memo signed by Senator George Akume, Secretary to the Government of the Federation.  Taiwo Oyedele, formerly Minister of State for Finance, has been elevated to Minister of Finance, taking over from Wale Edun, who previously held the dual role of Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.  Meanwhile, Muttaqha Rabe Darma has been appointed to succeed Dangiwa at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

KHLOE KARDASHIAN,CALLS OFF HER DIVORCE WITH LAMAR ODOM TODAY.

                                                         Today wednesday,Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have decided to call off their divorce.Khloe's lawyer Laura Wasser went before a judge today wednesday morning and asked a judge to withdraw the papers they both signed to end their marriage.The file was sitting in a pile waiting to be processed and Lamar reportedly signed the papers from his hospital bed.Khloe officially filed for divorce in December 2013,but kept trying to save their marriage and help Lamar go to rehab.She then followed through on the motion this summer.The reconciliation news comes just one day after Khloe broke her silence on Lamar's incident with a heartfelt message to fans thanking them for their love and support.Well i am happy for them.More photos below.                   ...

MALI TO RECEIVE 360 MILLION EURO FROM FRANCE,TO REBUILD THEIR NATION

                         According to French President Francois Hollande said today wednesday during a visit by Mali's President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita that Mali will receive 360 million euros {$408 million} from France for 2015-2017.The funding is aimed at helping rebuild the West African nation,especially its northern region,which has been torn by years of separatist Tuareg rebellion and attacks by al-Qaeda linked Islamists.A French led military intervention in January 2013 helped drive out Islamists militants who had occupied northern Mali following a Tuareg uprising and a military coup in the capital.

BOKO HARAM KILLED 2 NIGER SOLDIERS TODAY IN DIFFA.

                         According to Niger's defense minister,who confirmed that two Niger soldiers were killed today in a suicide attack by a group of suspected Boko Harsm militants in the southeastern region of Diffa.Four attackers attempted to enter the town of Diffa today wednesday morning but were intercepted 10 km {six miles}outside and then attacked by security forces.However,at least one of the militants still managed to to detonate an explosive device.Karidio Mahamadou said to pressmen that ''Two of our soldiers died after being hit by the explosion,three others were injured''.One more photo below.                                                   

A CATTLE HERDSMAN/GANG TERROR ''ADAMU HARUNA'',WAS ARRAIGNED BEFORE A MAGISTRATE COURT IN KATSINA.

                   Today wednesday,the Nigerian Police arraigned a 28 year old man Adamu Haruna,before a Senior Magistrates Court in Katsina for allegedly leading a gang of cattle rustlers terrorising communities in Katsina state.The accused,who resides at Danke village of Safana Local Government Area of Katsina state,was arraigned on a one count charge of leading a gang of thieves that specialised in cattle rustling.The Police First Information Report {FIR} stated that the accused was arrested by the state's Anti-Cattle Rustling Military Team on September 11 at about 9:30om in Marmara village.''The soldiers under the command of Maj.Hamza Abdullahi,arrested the suspect,following a tip off that he was the leader of the cattle rustlers in the area.The soldiers were informed that the suspect had been organising the theft of cows and terrorising the villagers,who owned the cows.When accosted by the soldiers in his hide out at Marmara village...

SOME NIGERIAN PAST LEADERS WERE ABSENT TODAY,AT PRESIDENT BUHARI'S FIRST COUNCIL MEETING.

                     Today wednesday President Muhammadu Buhari presided over his first Council of State meeting since his inauguration May 29.Former Presidents like Shehu Shagari,Olusegun Obasanjo ,Senator Saraki and Goodluck Jonathan were absent when the meeting started around 11:10am.The former leaders in attendance are Gen.Yakubu Gowon {rtd},Gen.Ibrahim Babangida {rtd},Gen.Abdusalami Abubakar {rtd} and Chief Ernest Shonekan.Pressmen at the event that is still on going said some state governors,deputy governors and other top government officials also attended the meeting,which was still in progress at the time of filling this report.
