 STATE HOUSE PRESS RELEASE  PRESIDENT TINUBU APPOINTS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF TWO AGENCIES  President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Dr. Innocent Bariate Barikor as the Director-General of the National Environmental Standards and Regulation Enforcement Agency (NESREA). The President has also approved the appointment of Prince Ebitimi Amgbare as the Managing Director/CEO of the Niger Delta River Basin Development Authority (NDRBDA). Dr. Barikor is an academic and politician. He was a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly from 2011 to 2015, while Prince Amgbare is a retired naval officer and former commissioner in Bayelsa State. The President expects that the new heads of these important agencies will discharge their duties with utmost fidelity to the nation and unfailing adherence to the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and excellent service to the people of Nigeria.                50 year old model and actress,Alexandra Paul,who played the role of Stephanie Holden in the 90's lifeguard drama series Baywatch,opens up about how she keeps fit to Closer weekly.She said she gives credit for her fit physique to her vegan diet and active life style.''Foe me it wasn't about losing weight,but about getting off sugar and i woke up feeling so clear headed.I'm definetly going to do it again''.In 2009 at the age of 46,she completed 11 mile ocean swim race off of Fiji.She attributed her shape to her daily exercise and following of a two month online fitness program,called the Whole Life Challenge.More photos below.

PRE HISTORIC SHARK,CAUGHT BY A FISHERMAN.

             According to sources,a fisher man who fishes around the Gulf of Mexico recently accidentally captured a prehistoric looking goblin shark that is the rarest of all sharks ever seen by human eyes.Also called Living Fossil,the shark is known to live in the deep waters of Japan and the Gulf sighting is so rare that it's the first in over 10 years.The shark is 18 feet long,with pink and pionty teeth.The crew of fisherman who made the latest catch had a net 2000 feet under water and were shocked to find a massive pink shark among the shrimp they catch on a daily basis.More photos below.

GOV.OKOROCHA TO EVACUATE STREET TRADERS.

                              According to sources,the Governor of Imo state,who is also known for his humanitarian nature towards the poor,has charged the Imo Civil Guards to evacuate street traders on Douglas and other roads in Owerri,to maintain sanity in the state capital.On friday,Sam Onwuemeodo,the Special Adviser on media said ''The Civil Guard is a security outfit setup bu the state Goverment to maintain peace and order.That the governor gave the order while addressing officers of the guard in Owerri''.Oorocha urged them to assist the state governments to relocate the street traders on Douglas road to the relief market in order to de-congest the state capital.Director General,Imo Civil Guards,Donatus Ejifugha,assured the governor that the officers would carry out their function diligently without fear or favour.

TERRORISTS,TARGET SHERATON HOTELS.

             According to a national news paper,the US Consulate General in Lagos,sent an email saying ''There was no further information regarding which of the two Sheraton Hotels in Lagos was the possible target,or if both of the Sheraton Hotels are possible targets.There is no further information regarding the timing or method of attack.US citizens are cautioned to avoid these hotels at this time.The warning comes a day after a car bom exploded in Nigeria on the 1st of May 2014.
