       Five members of Boko Haram terrorists (BHTs) have met their waterloo as they along with others (BHTs) attempted woefully to ransack a military base at Buni yadi, in Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe State at about 06:05 hours (pm) on Saturday the 16th of February, 2019.           In their resolve to dominate their general area of operation as well as to deny the Boko Haram Terrorists (BHTs) freedom of action, the troops of Operation Lafiya Dole, 151 Battalion at about 1921hrs on 16 February 2019 embarked on aggressive fighting patrol and also mounted an ambush along Jebbra - Firgi Banki axis of Borno State, a notable crossing point of the BHTs. The terrorists in  a crafty move bypassed own troops through another route but were however noticed by the ever vigilant and dogged troops who followed in a hot pursuit with fire power on target thereby inflicting heavy casualties on the runaway terrorists, scampered for their lives in disarray.        The Lagos State Government has effected change in the School Calendar following the postponement of the scheduled election dates by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Her Excellency, Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Idiat Oluranti Adebule who made the decision public said all public and private schools should resume on Monday 18th February, 2019 as against Tuesday 19th February, contained in the earlier  reviewed calendar. She informed all the Lagos State School stakeholders and the general public that all schools in Lagos state are expected to close on Friday 22nd of February and resume on Monday 25th. Adebule said the second leg of the break will be on Friday 8th March, 2019 and schools are expected to resume on Monday 11th March, 2019.
