                 The suspects who were brought in batches to the RRS's  Headquarters in Alausa,Ikeja were all apprehended the same day in Oshodi while brazenly dispossessing commuters of their belongings.The suspects: Ganiyi Adebayo {15},Ti,ilehin Oluwaseun {14},Ogundare Moyinoluwa,Toheeb Tijani {19} and Adeleke Sodiq {17} were arrested on friday morning in Oshidi Oke.According to one of the suspects,Ganiyu Rahman he said ''We are over 50 boys.We are always in Oshodi-Oke,from morning till late night.Some of us genuinely help people to carry their loads while a lot of us are there to snatch handbags,phones and other valuables from people.At time,we pretend to be helping them but our focus are their valuables.Most times,we work in groups,While the others is helping out,another person is stealing the victim's valuables either from bag or pocket.There are some other guys who forcibly dispossess passers-by of morning and late at night when th...

                                                                 According to sources,the six siblings that were poisoned on saturday July 16,2016  in Ekwulumiri in Anambra state will be buried on the 5th of November 2016.The initial reports in July were that the six siblings were poisoned through the food they kept at home by an unknown enemy {person.May their souls rest in peace,AMEN.More photos below.

                According to sources,preservation experts have opened for the first time in at least two centuries what Christians believe is Jesus's tomb inside the Church of the Holy Sepulchre in Jerusalem.Some of the historic work was witnessed by AFP photographer Gali Tibbon who captured images of the site believed to contain the rock upon which Jesus was laid in around 33 AD as it was uncovered as part of ongoing restoration at the site.A marble slab covering the site,among the holiest in Christianity,was pulled back for three days as part of both restoration work and archaeological analysis,experts on the scene told AFP.It was the first time the marble had been removed since at least 1810,when the last restoration work took place following a fire,and possibly earlier,said Father Samuel Aghoyan,the church's Armenian superior.A shrine was built in the 19th century over the site of the cave where Jesus is believed to have been buried before his...

                                                 At about 9.00am this morning,troops of Operation LAFIYA DOLE deployed behind Bakassi Internally Displaced Persons {IDP} camp,intercepted and killed a male suicide bomber who had attempted to sneak through the troops inner parapet towards the IDP camp.The vigilant sentry sighted the bomber and laid in wait until the suicide bomber came close.The sniper instantlt shot and killed the terrorists as he tried to force his way to the western flank of the IDP camp fence.Unfortunately,the Improvised Explosive Device {IED} vest strapped on the bomber failed to detonate.Consequently,a combined team of military and police Explosive Ordinance Device {EOD} have been called to safely detonate the IED.The situation at the camp and the general area is calm.
