 ANAMBRA STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL INSPECTS NEW HIGH COURT COMPLEX: EXPRESSES SATISFACTION  By Chinelo Okeke  The Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Anambra State, Tobechukwu Nweke, SAN, on  Monday, June 1st, 2026, conducted an inspection visit to the state's new High Court building,Complex currently under construction behind the Judiciary Headquarters off Alex Ekwueme Square, Awka. Nweke led the team of Commissioners that accompanied him to the inspection which are Arch. Henry Arinze, Commissioner for Housing, with Barrister Chijioke Ojukwu, Commissioner for Physical and Urban Development. Attorney General toured the facility and expressed strong satisfaction with the progress and quality of work on the project. Speaking during the inspection, Nweke described the structure as solid and befitting of a modern judicial institution. EXCAVATION OF A HIGH PRIEST.

                After the German oriental society was granted the necessary license from the Ottoman Empire,teams commenced excavation work in Uruk in November 1912.It was customary at the time to divide up finds a single site and remove from their country of origin.Alot of things like war delayed so many excavation in the sit.This photo above is taken in Uruk/Warka excavation that took place in 1929-1930 showing the discovery of the statuette of a high priest inside a vessel at the Mesopotamian city of Uruk,which is the modern day Warka in Iraq.One more picture below.

A BAG FULL OF LINGERIE,STOLEN DURING MADONNA'S L'UOMO VOGUE SHOOT.

            The shoot took place on March 21 in New York and a bag of Lingerie containing $2,545 Italian lace bra,$345 thong and $515 briefs are missing.Deborah Marquit spokes person sent a mail saying ''It was a Madonna shoot for L'uomo magazine and it would be ideal if someone found the bag of lingerie.Deborah Marquit will love to get her collection piece returned''.The report filed by the NYPD,states that an assistant placed a bag containing the items beneath a chair at around 4pm.When the shoot wrapped shortly after midnight,it was discovered that the bag was no longer there.The designer also sent an email to the website in which she says she believes it's nothing more than a simple misunderstanding and the item will be returned,rather than it being a theft.''Am at a loss and wish the pieces would be found.I'am sure there is no one from the shoot thar was involved,since nothing like this has ever happened before.There are a lot of people on shoot...
