The authorities on Wednesday charged Adani and two other executives at Adani Green Energy, his nephew Sagar Adani and Vneet Jaain, with agreeing between 2020 and 2024 to pay more than $250m in bribes to Indian government officials to obtain solar energy supply contracts expected to yield $2bn in profits. Prosecutors said the renewable energy company also raised more than $3bn in loans and bonds during this period based on false and misleading statements.         Lagos State Governor, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode on Monday described the security of lives and property of residents as the biggest achievement of his administration in the last three years, saying it was gratifying to note that the State is now the safest in Africa. Speaking at the commissioning of a Forward Operating Base (FOB) of the Nigerian Army in Epe, Governor Ambode said the combined investment of his administration in the security architecture of the State and efforts of security agencies had resulted in peaceful atmosphere for residents and visitors.                 Yellow is a very playful and warm colour so on sunday children's day {May 27} I decided to wear a black peplum top {blouse},stripe black and white long skirt.To colour block my outfit,I wore mango yellow shoes and I carried a mango yellow purse to match my shoes and to keep it classy then silver necklace set to make the look come together.I had another outing,so When I came back from church after the dancing and singing in church,I knew wearing heels again will be so uncomfortable since am also going to be playing with children,so I decided to wear blue three quarter jean,black camisole,a red long coat to make me look chic,then I wore flats with a lot of studs on it.If you want to wear flats to a gathering,don't wear one with less design,if not you might look off and make sure it matches your purse.Thanks for reading and happy Democracy day to my country Nigeria,until next time.More photos below.

TERRORIST ATTACK IN BELGIUM TODAY AS EX-CON GUN DOWN 2 FEMALE POLICE OFFICERS & OTHERS IN LIEGE.{PHOTOS}.

        A suspected terrorist has shot dead two female police officers after stealing their weapons in the Belgian city of Liege. The gunman also killed a 22-year-old male car passenger on the Boulevard d'Avory, before taking a female cleaner hostage at a nearby high school.She was released when police shot dead the attacker, who has been named by local media as Belgian national Benjamin Herman.The 36-year-old was released from prison on Monday for a few hours but he failed to return. He was serving time for drug offences, media reported.It is thought he may have been radicalised in jail.          By participating in the party of Emojis, China broke the Guinness record on last Sunday. A thousand people gathered in Fuyang City of Anhui Province, holding boards with the popular ideograms and smileys used in online messages. The organizer asked participants, who wore black T-shirts, trousers and shoes, to stand on specified positions for at least five minutes.            Governor Samuel Ortom Yesterday inaugurated an Ultra-Modern ICT Centre built and furnished by his wife, Dr. Mrs. Eunice Ortom at the Queen of the Rosary Secondary School, Gboko. The Governor while inaugurating the facility promised to supply additional Computer sets to fill up the Centre and announced a donation of Five Million Naira on behalf of the State Executive Council to aid its furnishing. He said he was challenged by the gesture of his wife to contemplate mobilising support for his alma matter, Saint John's Secondary School Gboko where he spent some years for his post primary education.             Many visitors know Nnewi in Anambra State only as an industrial hub East of the Niger with the Japan of Africa accolade. But there are other natural deposits, even mysteries that make the industrial community a place to visit. A recent discovery at Umuzu Mbana village, Otolo, Nnewi, where a waterfall of many centuries that formed a stream at its base called Oduga Stream suddenly dried up, leaving a mystery fire at the bush around in its stead with very offensive odour that has sent the villagers packing. The occurrence has remained a hard nut to crack even by geologists who visited the scene recently. Many of the villagers were said to have relocated to other neighborhoods because of the health hazards the mysterious offensive odour has subjected them to.         Justice Lewis Alagoa of the Federal High Court Owerri, Imo State yesterday Monday, May 28, 2018 granted bail to the trio of Clementina Ndukwe, Anthony Njoku and Alexander Umunna, all members of a three-man counterfeit syndicate operating in Owerri and its environs. They were arraigned on may 11, 2018 by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Enugu office on a six count charge bordering on Conspiracy and Currency Counterfeiting to the tun e of N1, 147,000.00 (One million, One Hundred and Forty Seven thousand naira). The offence was contrary to section 6(2) of the Counterfeit Currency (Special Provisions) Act, Cap C35, L.F.N. 2004 and punishable under section 5(1) (c) of the same Act.When the case which was adjourned for formal bail application and ruling came up, counsel to the defendants, Barr.        The Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Jalingo,  The Most Rev. Dr. Charles Hammawa on Monday condemned the attack on Secret Heart Minor Seminary Jalingo,  where a priest was badly wounded with gunshot.
