OSUN: ADELEKE, ASSEMBLY LOSE AS COURT AFFIRMS JUSTICE OJI AS CHIEF JUDGE. (PHOTO).

 Osun: Adeleke, Assembly lose as court affirms Justice Ojo as Chief Judge The National Industrial Court sitting in Ibadan has affirmed Justice Adepele Ojo as the Chief Judge of Osun State. The decision was contained in a judgment delivered by Justice Peters in a suit numbered NICN/IB/62/2023, on Wednesday in Ibadan. The court granted all the reliefs sought by the Osun Chief Judge against the Osun State Government and Osun State House of Assembly, including an order of perpetual injunction restraining both the executive and legislative arms of government from removing her as the number one judicial officer in the state. Matters came to a head between the Osun State Government and Justice Ojo in 2023 when the Osun Assembly passed a motion suspending her as Chief Judge of the state. An acting Chief Judge, Justice Olayinka Afolabi was appointed in her place but he refused to turn up the next day for swearing in.                                               In 2009,Uma Farouk Abdulmutallab,a Nigerian who is known for his notorious underwear bomb lot thar failed is in the news again.According to the U.S head of Transportation security Administration,he said this week that the bomb failed to detonate because of how long Abdulmutallab has been wearing his under wear.''The bomber had,had the device with him for over two weeks because the bomb may have been damp,lets say it was degraded''.After the incidence Abdulmutalla was sentence to life without parole in February 2012 after he pleaded guilty to all charges on the second day of his trial but his underwear is still being investigated ever since?.lol.More photos below.

HUMAN RIGHTS LAWYER,BAMIDELE ATURU,BURIED TODAY.

            Human rights lawyer Bamidele Aturu,who died last week will be buried today at Ogbagi,his birth place in Akoko,Ondo state.His funeral rites began since on tuesday,with a day of tributes at the Abibat Mogaji Millennium secondary school play ground,Agege Lagos.The Nigeria Bar Association Ikeja branch also held a valedictory session for him o thursday at the NBA secretariat,Lagos High Court premises.Aturu died at the age of 49 after a brief illness.He is survived by his wife,Adebimpe,his children,his parents,siblings and other relatives.May his soul rest in perfect peace,Amen.                                                                                                     Adieus.

MR BIGG'S SECURITY GUARD IN OGUN STATE,COMMITS SUICIDE WITHIN THE PREMISES.

            The security man who was identified by the police as Bolaji Akinrounwi,hanged hanged himself near the staircase on wednesday morning with his belt.He did not leave any note or give any hint of his intetion before he was found in the morning by another guard who scaled the fence to open the gate.Before he hanged himself,he was said to have deleted some of the numbers on his phone.Fore me that act of deleting numbers from his phone shows this is a murder not a suicide and the person is trying to cover his or track by deleting numbers.The Mr Bigg's where it happened is located at Alagbole,Ogun state.

BAD WEATHER WAS THE CAUSE OF THE AIR ALGERIA CRASH.

               According to French experts,who lost 51 french nationals in the crash said poor weather was the most likely cause of the crash of the Air Algeria flight that crashed in Northern Mali.Investigators at the scene of the crash in Northern Mali concluded the airline broke apart when it hit the ground,sadly no one survived.Soldiers arrived the scene today friday in the morning to secure the crash site near the northern Mali town of Gossi and to recover bodies.The black box flight recorders had already been recovered and would be analyzed.
