A 15-YEAR-OLD BOY SHOT AND K*LLED A MAN WHO WAS ACTIVELY ASSAULTING A FEMALE VICTIM IN DALLAS, TEXAS. (PHOTO).

 A 15-year-old boy shot and k*lled a man who was actively assaulting a female victim in Dallas, Texas.  There are a lot of unknown factors to this incident at this time. What is known is that all parties involved knew one another. However, the exact nature of their relationships has not been disclosed. What we do know is that a 15-year-old boy was forced to grow up way too fast on the morning of August 9th. According to authorities, after investigating the incident, 33-year-old Adrian Ortiz was carrying out a violent attack when the teen intervened. Reports state that Ortiz was punching and choking the victim. The 15-year-old boy shot Ortiz while he was carrying out the attack. It is not known how long the attack had been going on prior to the 15-year-old shooting Ortiz.  Dallas PD arrived at the residence on the 3500 block of North Buckner Boulevard at 9:11 a.m. and discovered Ortiz suffering from a gunshot wound.                                                                      According to some pressmen,today saturday,the Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal for Rivers State nullified the election of Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers for non-compliance with the provisions of the Electoral Act.The Tribunal sitting in Abuja ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission {INEC] to conduct fresh governorship election in the state within 90 days.The three member tribunal,presided over by Justice Suleiman Ambursa,gave the orders in its judgment in a petition filed against the election of Wike by the All Progressives Congress {APC} and its candidate in the April 11 election in the state,Dr Dakuku Peterside.In the Judgment,which was read by Ambursa for about three hours,the tribunal held that the petitioners successfull...
