  Indian billionaire Gautam Adani charged in US for alleged bribery, fraud Gautam Adani, the chair of Indian conglomerate Adani Group and one of the world’s richest people, whose business empire extends from ports and airports to renewable energy,has been indicted in New York over an alleged multibillion-dollar fraud scheme, United States prosecutors have said. The authorities on Wednesday charged Adani and two other executives at Adani Green Energy, his nephew Sagar Adani and Vneet Jaain, with agreeing between 2020 and 2024 to pay more than $250m in bribes to Indian government officials to obtain solar energy supply contracts expected to yield $2bn in profits. Prosecutors said the renewable energy company also raised more than $3bn in loans and bonds during this period based on false and misleading statements. ANOTHER FACEBOOK VICTIM,DIES AFTER A DATE WITH HER STRANGE LOVER,IN OGBA LAGOS.

                                  The female victim is identifie as Adekemi Faboro,who teaches at a private nursey and primary school,in Ojota,died at her residence in Ogba area of Lagos state,last weekend while on a date with her married facebook lover,identified as Christopher Ezekiel,for the first time.Christopher Ezekiel an engineer staff of an electrical company based in Shagamu and who resides at 8,Orelope street,Ibadan,is a father of two,came from Ibadan,Oyo state,to visit Adekemi in Lagos state,for the first time.On that fateful day,it was revealed that after their date,Adekemi started coughing severely at midnight in her home at 5 Folorunsho street,off Ajayi road,Ogba.Her neighbours suspected that there was a fowl play and immediately rushed her to Ifako General Hospital where she died.Christopher Ezekiel was arrested at Pen cinema police station,in connection with her death.Her body has been deposited in the mortuary,for autopsy.Hmmmm please my people,be careful with all thes
