 NO ABANDONMENT, NO NEW AWARDS: FG SETS THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON MOROCCO SCHOLARSHIPS The Federal Government has firmly debunked misleading narratives circulating in some quarters regarding Nigerian scholarship students in the Kingdom of Morocco, describing such claims as false, unfounded, and deliberately crafted to misinform the public. The Honourable Minister of Education, Dr. Maruf Tunji Alausa, has clarified that no Nigerian student on a valid Federal Government scholarship has been abandoned. All beneficiaries duly enrolled under the Bilateral Education Scholarship (BES) Programme prior to 2024 have received payments up to the 2024 budget year, in line with the Federal Government’s obligations. Any temporary delays in outstanding payments are attributable to fiscal constraints and are currently being addressed through ongoing engagements between the Federal Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance.         Oprah winfrey turned 6o years today and Ellen DeGeneres,gave her a special gift which is a portrait and she showed off her gift to Oprah on her show.When she tried to put a call to Oprah,it turned out is a recording of Oprah's voice of different words she has said in the past.For example ''I bought you an airline and new outfits and a hotel and Nicole Kidman''.She mixed it up to make it sound hilarious.More pictures below.

275 BOKO HARAM SUSPECTS WERE RELEASED AND 19 PROBED BY THE RIVER STATE POLICE.

     The suspects were released around 3.45pm on wednesday on the directive of the state police commissioner Mr Joseph Mbu.No reason was given for their release and am sure that the police would sooner or later because it is not sounding good though when athe police have no concrete proof about a suspect,they have no choice but to release that suspect.
