Marilyn Manson's sexual assault case by former assistant reinstated under new California law A previously dismissed sexual assault case against Marilyn Manson, filed by former assistant Ashley Walters, was revived Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court under a new California law extending the statute of limitations for certain sexual abuse claims. Judge Steve Cochran granted Walters’ motion for reconsideration, vacating his December 2025 ruling that had dismissed the case and allowing it to proceed toward trial. The original suit, first filed in 2021, accused Manson, whose legal name is Brian Warner, of sexual harassment, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and wrongful termination based on her time working for him in 2010–2011. Previous attempts to move the case forward were blocked because the claims were made years after the alleged incidents, with courts initially ruling that the delayed discovery doctrine did not apply.                  Paul Walker acted in the fast and furious,and he was a passenger in his friends porshe GT which spun out of control and hit a pole and tree.the driver of the vehicle was former race car driver Roger Rodas,walker's friend and financial adviser,the county coroner has requested dental records as both bodies were so badyly burnt,it will take days for them to be positively identified.he was seen enter the red porshe as seen in the picture above,HE died in Santa Clarita area of Los Angeles..may his soul rest in peace,amen.more photos below.     he has been dating Jasmine Pilchard Gosnel, for the past 7 years.she is now so turn apart.

                The Nigerian hair show and Awards,was hosted by Wofia Samuels from Nigezie and put together by mr Chukwuma from global News paper.it was in deed a day of fun as many salons came out in plenty to be part of the competition.Artist like Pink Republic,Zig Zag etc performed in the events and awards were also given out to those who have been contributing to the show for the past 9years.though the model's were not profession but some of them made it their duty to be advertising their back side instead of the hair.the major sponsor for the event is Noble hair,Dr brown,etc.at the end of the competition,Funky salon won the competion.more pictures below.                                                                                    ...
