 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. The suspected trafficker, Angela Okechukwu and her collaborators were also arrested.  Speaking, the Managing Director of OCHA Brigade, Comrade Celestine Anere who frowned at the poor health condition the children who are aged between two and twelve years are subjected to, assured that the state government will continue to crack down on all sorts of illegality and warning all criminal minded individuals to relocate from the...

PRESIDENT MUGABE AT 92,JUST BECAME A GRANDFATHER.

                                             92 year old President of Zimbabwe Robert Mugabe,just became a grandfather for the first time,as he confirmed that his daughter had given birth to a baby boy in Mid-April.Even though the news of Mugabe becoming a grandfather leaked a few weeks ago,there had been no official confirmation from the first family of Zimbabwe.Mugabe,who visited his maternal unless in Masvingo Province over the weekend,said that the child was still in a Far East country,presumably Singapore,where it was born,accompanied by the 26 year old mother Bona and First Lady Grace Mugabe.They are expected to return home,bringing the baby to his grand father in mid May.More photos below.                                                   ...

THE WIFE OF A POPULAR COMEDIAN,WAS KIDNAPPED FROM THEIR HOUSE YESTERDAY IN RIVERS STATE.

                         Gunmen yesterday sunday abducted the wife of a popular Comedian cum politician,Mr Mike Ogbolosingha,in Port Harcourt,Rivers State.The Ogbolosinghas hail from Bayelsa but are residing in Eliparanwon area of Port Harcourt.Speaking today monday,the popular stand-up comedian,told reporters that the gunmen stormed their Eliparanwon residence yesterday sunday and abducted his wife,Mrs Chime Mike Ogbolosingha.He said the kidnappers who were about six in number also went away with valuable items from the house.He said the kidnappers have not established contact with him or any member of his family.While pleading with the abductors to release his wife unconditionally,Ogbolosingha said he has alerted the police of the incident.One more photo below.                                               ...
