EFCC TASKFORCE ARRESTS 34 SUSPECTED CURRENCY SPECULATORS IN ABUJA. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 EFCC Taskforce Arrests 34 Suspected Currency Speculators in Abuja Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, attached to the Taskforce on Currency mutilation, Dollarization of the Economy and Forex Malpractice, have arrested 34 suspected currency speculators  for alleged foreign exchange fraud. They were arrested on Friday, April 26, 2024 in a sting operation following credible intelligence about illegal sales of dollars at the Wuse Zone 4 area of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.   The suspects are :Usman Mohammed, Abdullahi Nasir, Abubakar Saleh, Mohammed Kabir Ibrahim, Abubakar Ghadafi, Muktar Usman, Umar Abubakar Abba, Yakubu Sani, Aminu Abubakar, Muhammed Suleman Abara, Yusuf Tahir, Usman Lawal, Usman Lawal, Usman Umar, Amina Garba Rola, Muhammed Aliyu, Murtala Haruna, Sani Mohammed, Umar Farouk, Muhammed Sagiuru, Aminu Salisu, Lawal Bello, Munzali Hashim, Jamilu Suleiman, Mustapha Umar, Mubarak Tanimu, Adamu Garba, Mohammed Usman, Bello Musa, Saleh Moha

50 BORNO STUDENTS,SPONSORED TO INDIA.

             Today sunday,the Borno Governor said his government sponsored 50 students to India on irrigation agriculture.According to the Special Adviser to the Governor Kashim Settima,in Maiduguri said that it was part of the state government's approaches to fight the menace of insurgence.Te students left Nigeria for India on saturday on board an Ethiopian Airline in Abuja.Governor Shettima addressed them at Oggbeh farms in Kuje Area Council of the Federal capital territory.They were selected across the 27 local government areas of the state.They will undergo a three week training course on irrigation equipment installation,effective utilization and maintenance.

            If you still see them on the red carpet together,from now on because Nadia has called off the relationship.According to sources,Nadia Buari could not handle Jim Iyke's temper any more.Though Nadia tried to cope to handle's Jim's temper but she felt she cannot change Jim and  there was no point in hanging in there.Sources further claim that Nadia more arguments and fights with Jim Iyke than any sort of decent conversion.She thought Jim Iyke will be good for her career but non was materialized.May be Jim needs deliverance lol.

30 CIVIL SERVANTS,KIDNAPPED IN MALI.

                30 civil servants were aducted by Tuarey MNLA separatists in Mali's northern town of Kidal during fighting on Saturday that also wounded 23 government soldiers.Fighting erupted early on Saturday ahead of the arrival of Prime Minister Moussa Mara,who was visiting Kidal for the first time since his appointment last month.He is seeking to revive long delayed peace talks with northern armed groups.Adama Kamissoko said ''Some 30 of our civil servants were kidnapped by the assailants who attacked the governor's office.There were 23 wounded,including three who were seriously injured were evacuated by helicopter''.A Malian military man said ''Te gun battle erupted after MNLA fighters aboard two pickup trucks attacked an army checkpoint infront of the governors office.Mean while a spokesman for the MNLA said the army attacked first,opening fire on the group's barracks following pro-independence protests in the town.

          According to sources,West African leaders on Saturday agreed to work together to wage total war on Boko Haram had become a regional Al Qaeda that threatened all of them.Nigeria neighbors Chad,Cameroon,Niger,Benin and western officials met in parish for the first time to share intelligence,coordinate action  and monitor borders.Goodluck said ''Boko Haram is no longer a local terrorist group,it is operation,it is an Al Qaeda of West Africa''.
