ANAMBRA GOVT RESCUES 13 CHILDREN FROM TRAFFICKERS, ARREST SUSPECTS. (PHOTOS). #PRESS RELEASE.

 Anambra State Govt. Rescues 13 Children From Traffickers, Arrests Suspects By OCHA Brigade Media  13 children have been rescued from suspected child traffickers in Otolo Nnewi by a joint taskforce of Operation Clean And Healthy Anambra, OCHA Brigade and Anambra State Ministry of Women Affairs. The joint taskforce also confiscated fake documents that aided the trafficking.  The children were found malnourished and have been denied education.  Report say that the trafficker adopts and sold children to people from different parts of the country. NORWAY CLOSED IT'S EMBASSY IN ZAMBIA,BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION.

                  About 200 protesters took to the streets to call for Egyptian President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi to resign.President Sisi has faced heavy criticism over his executive decision to give away the Red Sea islands,during a visit by Saudi Arabia's King Salman.The uninhabited islands have been under Egyptian control since 1050.The protesters in Cairo chanted ''Sisi out'' and ''We own the land'' which was written in Arabi.Both secular and Islamist activists had called for people to demonstrate against the transfer of the uninhabited islands.The president was forced to publicly defend his decision to give away the islands,Tiran and Sanafir,which are situated at the mouth of the Gulf of Aqaba.He said they had always belonged to the Saudis and Egypt had simply been as led to look after them.He said ''We did not surrender our rights but we restored the rights of others.Egypt did not relinquish even a grain of sand.All the data and documents...

GOVERNOR AMBODE IS SET TO CONSTRUCT,ADDITIONAL PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE AT OJOTA BUS STOP.

              The Lagos State Government has announced that an additional foot bridge would be constructed at Ojota bus stop on Ikorodu road,to complement the existing one in order to contain the recent upsurge in usage by Pedestrians.The Commissioner for Information and Strategy,Mr Steve Ayorinde,who disclosed this in a statement on thursday,said the decision arose out of the need to reduce the long time being currently spent on he queue by people using the bridge.He said the construction of the additional bridge has become necessary after the newly erected New Jersey Wall on the median of the expressway has effectively curtailed indiscriminate dropping and picking of passengers along the highway as well as dangerous crossing of the road on foot by commuters.He reiterated that the need for the construction of the wall,which is similar to the same measure taken between Ketu and Mile 12 axis of the road is meant to reduce fatalities on the part of commu...
