 COURT RESTRAINS RESIDENT DOCTORS FROM EMBARKING ON STRIKE  The national industrial court Abuja division has restrained all members and agents of the national association of resident doctors from calling, directing, organizing, participating in, and embarking upon any form of industrial action.  Justice Emmanuel Danjuma Subilim gave the order in an interim injunction filed by the federal government through the office of the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice.  The court temporally barred members of the association from embarking on any form of strike, work stoppages, go-slows, picketing, or any other form of industrial protest or disruption. The association is equally restrained from taking steps preparatory to any form of industrial action from the 12th day of january, 2026. KANO STATE,SENDS 52 STREET BEGGARS BACK TO THEIR STATES OF ORIGIN.

                      According to the Public Relations officer of the Kano State Board,Malam Mohammed Yola,disclosed this in an interview in Kano today saturday,that Kano state had facilitated the return of 52 street beggars to their states of origin.He said the affected beggars were brought to Kano state from Lagos state in December,2014.''The street beggars were arrested by the Lagos state Government which banned street begging and sent them back to Kano.The Kano state Government then directed the board to return some of them to their respective states of origin.29 of them were from some local government areas in Kano state while the remaining 52 were from other states in the North.13 from Jigawa,12 from Katsina,3 from Niger,four from Zamfara anf four from Kebbi.
